Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught in India more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art of Living.
What is expected of students when they take a course

You can register either directly online, or print and send your registration form by fax or mail. Whenever possible, we would appreciate your registering online.
Before registering, make sure to read carefully the Code of Discipline.
Go to Schedule then click on the date of the course for which you wish to register. You can then fill in the online registration form.
Print and complete the registration form in PDF (.pdf). For this, you will need to use Acrobat Reader software, downloadable from the following site: http://www.adobe.com/. Then send the filled-in form by mail to the Dhamma Mahi centre in France or to another French-speaking centre of your choice.
